We are excited to welcome researchers, scholars, and professionals from all around the world to our highly anticipated conference. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, we have provided essential registration details below:
Registration Requirement for Presenting Authors:
- Registration by at least one author is mandatory to present the paper and to include it in the conference proceedings.
- Each presenting author is entitled to register and present up to two papers at the conference.
- If a registered author wishes to present more than two papers, we require the author to register independently for each additional paper beyond the initial two.
Payment Information:
All registration payments are in USD (United States Dollars). We provide two convenient payment methods for registration:
- Bank Transfer: You can easily make payments in both TL or USD to a bank account. You can request for details by writig an email to alaa.hameed@istinye.edu.tr

Payoneer: To make payment via Payoneer, please follow these steps:
- Register with Payoneer (if you haven't already).
- Send your registered EMAIL and FULL NAME to alaa.hameed@istinye.edu.tr.
- Our team will send you the payment request via Payoneer.
- You will be able to make the payment securely through Payoneer's platform.
- Western Union: ou can request for details by writig an email to alaa.hameed@istinye.edu.tr
- On-site registration: On-site registration is only available for attendees and authors other than the presenting author. If you are not the presenting author and prefer to register on-site, you can do so at the conference venue during the event. Additionally, participants (non-authors) are also allowed to register on-site.
Conference Registration Types:
- In-Person Registration: This option is for those attendees who plan to physically attend the conference at the designated venue. It allows you to network with fellow researchers, engage in interactive discussions, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the event.
- Online Registration: For authors who are unable to attend in person, we offer an online registration option. Via a Google Meet link, you can join the conference virtually, participate in sessions, and present your research from the comfort of your location.

Replace PaperID with your paper ID and name of the first author. - Please send a proof of the registration payment to alaa.hameed@istinye.edu.tr and CC info@ccidsa.com
- Student must send a valid student ID along with the receipt.
